Are you the operator or a broker?
Both roles exist in the network. We manage placement, machine selection and site matching, and an owner-operator in your region owns the machine and runs the restocking and servicing. That is why installs are usually booked within one to two weeks in metro areas — the machine and the technician are already local.
Where are you based?
Our head office is at 2/24 Prince William Drive, Seven Hills NSW 2147. Placement and servicing run Australia-wide through the operator network, covering every state and territory capital plus major regional and industrial centres.
How does Machines Vending make money if the hire is free?
The operator funds the machine and the stock, and earns from the products your team buys. There is no hire fee, rental, lease, insurance charge or service charge to the site. A placed machine has to make sales to stay viable, which is why we check headcount and traffic before installing.
What happens if the machine does not suit our site?
It is removed free of charge. There is no lock-in contract and no exit fee — the arrangement only works when the machine earns its place, so either party can end it.
